It will be Shane, the expert and owner/operator of Velvet Steel who will visit at the templating stage to discuss your custom requirements. Careful consideration and professionalism is taken from the early stages, through to fabrication, delivery and installation. We pride ourselves on excellent communication, patience, professionalism and the production of benchtops finished to a high standard. Our turnaround time is rarely more than a fortnight from templating.
